Vanessa began working in the healthcare industry in 2003. Her career has encompassed a number of job roles including payroll/accounts payable, collections, admissions department, and the business office. She was promoted to Business Office Manager in 2022. Vanessa welcomes the challenge of the Business Office Manager role and enjoys researching resident’s insurance benefits and educating residents/families about their insurance benefits.

Her initial career plan included corrections and she decided an educational background was important and obtained her Associates degree from St. Petersburg College.

Vanessa was raised in the Tampa, FL area. When Vanessa’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, going to sporting events, particularly the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and she also enjoys catching up on sleep! Vanessa is married with two teenagers, one girl and one boy.
