Florence comes to us with over 35 years of patient care experience. She has worked her entire career in long term care facilities. She has strong clinical skills and received specialized training in hospitals, skilled nursing centers and long-term care facilities. Florence has the unique ability to work closely with staff, residents and their families which allows her to provide compassionate resident-centered care. Her passion to care for the geriatric resident in combination with her strong clinical skills, make her an excellent nurse leader.
