Admissions
At Bear Creek Nursing Center, our admissions department has the answers to all of your admission questions. They are available to answer any question you may have about the admission process. Tours are always welcome and encouraged. We invite you to come in and visit or schedule an appointment for a tour.
Bear Creek Nursing Center accepts Medicare, Medicaid, VA, private pay, and many other insurance and managed care payment sources. Call and speak to our Admissions Director or our Case Manager for any questions on insurances accepted or any other payment sources.
